MESLEKİ VE TEKNİK EĞİTİMİN AMACI

Mesleki ve teknik ortaöğretim kurumlarında;

Genel ortaöğretim kurumlarının amaçlarının yanı sıra sanayi, ticaret, turizm, tarım, sağlık, teknoloji ve benzeri alanlarda ulusal ve uluslararası standartlar ve sınıflamalara, ulusal yeterliklere ve mevzuata dayalı olarak nitelikli işgücünün yetiştirilmesi, mesleki bilgi ve becerilerin güncellenmesi, uygulanan programlarla girişimcilik, meslek ahlâkı, ahilik bilinci ve özgüveni yüksek, kendini doğru ifade edebilen, sosyal, estetik algısı gelişmiş, sosyal ve çevresel sorumluluk bilinci ile iş alışkanlığı kazanmış, istihdama hazır, önceki öğrenmelerini ve denkliği tanınmış mesleki eğitime ilişkin tüm belgeleriyle hayata, istihdama ve yükseköğretime hazır bireylerin yetiştirilmesi amaçlanır. Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitim; sosyal ve ekonomik sektörler ile iş birliği içinde ulusal ve uluslararası mesleki yeterliliğe, meslek ahlakına ve mesleki değerlere sahip, yenilikçi, girişimci, üretken, ekonomiye değer katan ehil iş gücü yetiştirmektir.

PURPOSE OF VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION

In vocational and technical secondary education institutions;

In addition to the purposes of general secondary education institutions, it is aimed to train qualified labor force in the fields of industry, trade, tourism, agriculture, health, technology and similar fields based on national and international standards and classifications, national competencies and legislation, to update professional knowledge and skills, to train individuals with entrepreneurship, professional ethics, Ahi consciousness and self-confidence, who can express themselves correctly, who have developed social and aesthetic perception, who have acquired work habits with social and environmental responsibility awareness, who are ready for employment, who are ready for life, employment and higher education with all documents related to their previous learning and equivalence recognized vocational education. Vocational and Technical Education; is to train a competent labor force that has national and international professional competence, professional ethics and professional values, who is innovative, entrepreneurial, productive and adds value to the economy in cooperation with social and economic sectors.

Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitimin Öncelikleri

• İhtiyaç doğrultusunda nitelikli iş gücü yetiştirmek,
• Mezunların üretime katılacak şekilde yetişmesini sağlamak,
• Meslekî ve teknik eğitim sistemini sürekli geliştirmek ve kalitesini yükseltmek. 
• İş piyasasının ihtiyaçlarına göre modüler öğretim programları hazırlamak,                         
• Ekonomide verimlilik ve rekabet gücünün artırılma­sı için eğitimin sosyal ve sektörel entegrasyonunu sağlamak, 
• Öğrencileri millî kültürümüzün temeli olan ahilik anlayışıy­la ve bu anlayışa özgü iş ahlakı değerleriyle yetiştirmek,
• Sektörün dijital dönüşümü çerçevesinde yeni iş alan­larının oluşturulması ve istihdamın artırılmasında rol oynayan girişimcilik anlayışının kazandırılması.

• To prepare modular education programs according to the needs of the labor market,

• To train students with the understanding of Ahilik, which is the basis of our national culture, and with the business ethics values specific to this understanding,
• To provide the understanding of entrepreneurship, which plays a role in creating new business areas and increasing employment within the framework of the digital transformation of the sector.
